End stage renal disease affects thousands of Americans and is on the rise. Treatment options include dialysis and for some individuals, kidney transplantation. Learn about kidney transplant and if it may be right for you from Hartford Hospital experts Dr. Anne Lally, Coleen Smart, RN, and Paul Persaud. Together they will provide education about the kidney transplant evaluation process, surgery, living kidney donation and financial considerations.
