Medical Technology Program Admission Procedures & Requirements
Minimum Prerequisites

Bachelor's Degree with the following:
  •  16 semester hours of chemistry, including organic or biochemistry
  •  16 semester hours of biological sciences including microbiology and immunology  
  •  3 semester hours of mathematics
     
Strongly recommended courses include:
  •  biochemistry 
  •  genetics 
  •  statistics 
  •  broad base of applicable electives
  •  research
  •  management
  •  parasitology/mycology
  •  broad base of applicable electives
