The Clinical Laboratory Education and Phlebotomy Programs (CLEP) will partner with UCONN, Clinical Laboratory Partners (CLP) and other institutions to achieve quality educational programs that meet the human resource needs of the profession and promote, restore and maintain the health of all the people we serve. The programs will be designed to develop a productive, diverse, patient centered student body and program that provides leadership by example by utilizing an outstanding clinical faculty and facilities in  a customer focused environment, balancing the values of Hartford Hospital with cost, quality and continuous improvement.
