Transcripts: Submit all official high school and college transcripts. Foreign transcripts need to be evaluated for U.S. equivalency by a foreign transcript evaluation agency.
Placement Exam: Qualified applicants will be scheduled to take a placement exam. This will be given twice per month from January through June. A score of 70% or better must be achieved to continue in the application process. There is a $25 entrance exam. The entrance exam is called the HOBET for health professionals. Clinical Visit: Applicant will observe in the clinic for 4 hours to be scheduled by the admissions committee.
Interview: For all successfully completed applications, the admission committee and applicant will meet for an interview. These will take place in April, May and August (if necessary).
Physical Assessment: Occupational Health & Safety determines final acceptance. The student must pass pre-enrollment screening including substance abuse screening.
