Radiation Therapy Program Mission & Goals
The mission of the Radiation Therapy Technology Program is to provide a JRCERT accredited educational process that will render qualified and compassionate radiation therapists for the community.

The graduates of the program are prepared to apply for the National Certification Examination administered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
 
The goals of the Radiation Therapy Technology Program are:
  • Provide the profession and community with trained qualified therapists.
  • Provide a comprehensive education program that promotes problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills.
  • Students will demonstrate quality patient care skills including professionalism and ethical behaviors as specified in the ARRT Code of Ethics.
  • Graduate students with specific skills necessary to be competent entry level Radiation Therapy Professionals.
