  • You can request an information packet from the above address.
  • All candidates must have their official high school/college transcripts forwarded to the above address.
  • After the application and transcripts have been received and reviewed, a personal interview will be arranged.
  • Applications for the Fall Semester should be received no later than the preceding January 1.

Criteria for Admission to the Surgical Technology Program:
  • Applicants must be high school graduates whose records indicate their ability to deal successfully with college-level courses in science.
  • At least one course in laboratory biology at the college level within the previous five years with a grade of "C-" or better. This must be a pre-requisite for Anatomy and Physiology (BIO 211).
  • One of the following:
    • Completion of the college assessment test with placement into Math 138 or higher. Completion of Math 095 (Basic Algebra) with a grade of C or better.
    • Eligibility for Eng 111
