Male adults may qualify for this study if they have urinary symptoms such as waking up to go, going too often, weak stream or dribbling, going urgently, straining to urinate or a feeling of not emptying the bladder.

People who qualify for this study of chronic low back pain will receive study-related care at no cost, including physical exams, lab services and study drug.
