(HealthDay News) -- Odors and residues from household chemicals,
cleaning products and pesticides can lead to indoor air pollution.
Less obvious sources include activities such as cooking or heating
your home, the U.S. National Safety Council says.
The agency says these symptoms may be caused by poor indoor
air:
- Feeling tired or dizzy.
- Nausea.
- An itchy nose.
- Scratchiness of the throat.
- Frequent headaches.
- Asthma and other respiratory problems.
