This study is for people 18 and older who are taking opioid
medication for chronic, non-malignant pain. Participation is about
12 weeks, and rescue medication is provided.

This study is for people 12 and older who have
moderate-to-severe facial acne. Participants will receive one of
three study gel formulations, and are required to make four office
visits over about 11 weeks.
