This study will evaluate the safety and effectiveness of an investigational drug to treat opioid induced constipation in adults taking opioid therapy for chronic non-cancer pain.

Psoriasis

This five-week study is for people who have plaque psoriasis on at least 25 percent of the body. The study includes one overnight clinic stay plus a 16-hour stay.
