(HealthDay News) -- Exercise is always important for good
health, but it's especially beneficial for women who have had
breast cancer.

from breast cancer and death from all causes, compared to survivors
who don't exercise.
- Exercise can help prevent common problems among breast cancer
survivors, including weight gain and muscle loss.
- Exercise can help promote flexibility and range of motion in
the shoulders.
- Exercise can improve emotional well-being, reduce pain, improve
