Sarah J. Tartar, Ph.D.

Dr. Tartar is a staff neuropsychologist in the Division of Neuropsychology at Hartford Hospital/Institute of Living. She received her doctoral degree in clinical psychology from the University of Connecticut following completion of her predoctoral internship at the Yale University School of Medicine in 2008. She recently completed her postdoctoral training at Hartford Hospital/Institute of Living. She has presented and published in the areas of dementia, head injury, ethics, and the neuropsychological underpinnings of anxiety disorders. Dr. Tartar has particular interests in geriatric neuropsychology, mild traumatic brain injury, as well as other neurological disorders.
