The YAS POTENTIAL Early Psychosis Program is a special program designed for patients who are experiencing a psychotic illness and have been ill less than five years.
The program includes individual and group psychotherapy, medication management, family education and support services.
Medication management from the psychiatrist starts out on a weekly basis as does the individual treatment and group therapy. Intensive family education is also offered from the beginning of treatment and throughout the course of care. Monthly family meetings are convened for planning and support.
