about health issues you may be dealing with. We offer talks and events (shown below) on a wide range of

| Cardiac Surgery Education Class

| | This complimentary class will give you a better understanding of what to expect before, during and after surgery. We recommend you bring along a friend or family member who will be helping you after surgery.

| Childbirth Class (Two-Day Saturday Program)

| | This two-day program provides you with the essential information you need for labor and birth of your baby.

| Enjoying Infants Together (6-Week Series)

| | A 5 week hands-on natural childbirth class for expectant mothers and their chosen birth companion.

| Joint Replacement Pre-Operative Patient Education

| | This class is for patients who will undergo hip or knee replacement surgery, providing education on how to prepare for the surgery and recovery. This class is NOT for patients undergoing a shoulder replacement surgery.

| StrongWomen - 12 Week Program

| | A fitness program for women designed to increase strength, balance and flexibility.

| StrongWomen - Summer Program

| | A fitness program for women designed to increase strength, balance and flexibility.

| Tai Chi for Health

| | Tai Chi is the most famous Chinese martial art style, consisting of fluid, gentle and graceful circular movements. Improve overall fitness, balance, coordination, and agility and reduce the chance for a fall related injury.
