We're pleased to provide the Wethersfield area with a series of programs designed to help you and your family stay healthy and learn about health issues you may be dealing with. Tai Chi for Health
Department:   Integrative Medicine
Description:

Tai Chi is the most famous Chinese martial art style, consisting of fluid, gentle and graceful circular movements. This program is the perfect exercise and meditation program for seniors. Improve overall fitness, balance, coordination, and agility and reduce the chance for a fall related injury.
Registration: Required.
Fee Desc: $80/month if attending twice/week $45/month if attending one a week
Fee Amount: $80.00
