about health issues you may be dealing with. We offer talks and events (shown below) on a wide range of

This two-day program provides you with the essential information you need for labor and birth of your baby. Topics include: stages of labor, relaxation, breathing techniques, pain management options and other coping skills. Parents will come away with an understanding of how to be an active participant in the birth of their baby.
*Early registration is suggested because class size is limited. This class closes registration by midnight, 48 hours prior to the beginning of class, so please register early.*
