If you have ever attempted to quit smoking, you probably know the importance of support. Hartford Hospital is here to help. The Henry Low Heart Center presents: “Smoke Free for Life: A Six Week Support Group.” Patients may be eligible for free treatment made possible through a grant from the CT Department of Public Health and the CT Cancer Partnership.
Group sessions are scheduled to begin on Thursday, September 6th - individual counseling sessions are also available. |
