Coming from I-84:
Take I-84 into Hartford and pick up I-91 NORTH. Follow directions from points South.
Coming from points South:
Take to I-91 NORTH. Take the CT-75 exit, exit number 38, towards POQUONOCK. Keep RIGHT at the fork in the ramp. Merge onto CT-75/POQUONOCK AVE. Take the DAY HILL ROAD ramp. Stay straight to go onto DAY HILL RD. The Windsor Wellness Center is 2.3 miles on Day Hill Rd.
Coming from points North:
Take I-91 SOUTH to the CT-75 exit, exit number 38A-38B, towards POQUONOCK/WINDSOR. Keep LEFT at the fork in the ramp. Stay straight to go onto DAY HILL RD. The Windsor Wellness Center is 2.3 miles on Day Hill Rd.
