The Laerdal Sim-Man® is a patient simulator and a hands-on training tool.  It provides physiologic data in real time (e.g.: heart rate and rhythm, oxygen saturation), physical presentation (heart, lung, bowel sounds as well as alterations in the patency and access to the airway).
