Patient Survivorship Programs
The Helen & Harry Gray Cancer Center is one of eight recipients selected by the LIVESTRONG Community Program. The grant's goal is to develop a unique Survivorship Patient Navigation Program. This exciting program provides specialized care to our cancer survivors. The Helen & Harry Gray Cancer Center is one of two facilities in New England selected as a National Cancer Institute Community Cancer Centers Program (NCCCP) to develop model programs and innovations in outreach to reduce cancer disparities and improve quality of care, survivorship and palliative care, clinical research, biospecimens, and cancer information systems.
