At Hartford Hospital, we want to provide the best possible care to our patients and their families. In order to do so, we need to know what we are doing right and what may need improvement. We depend on you as a family member to keep us informed.

 

The Critical Care Teams at Hartford Hospital would like your feedback regarding the care your loved one received during their stay with us. Please take a few moments to complete the Family Satisfaction Survey which will be sent to you in the mail. This survey is different from our standard survey that the patient may receive. The focus of the Family Satisfaction Survey is on you, the family member.
