EMS Education

Welcome to the Department of EMS Education at Hartford Hospital, in Hartford, Connecticut. Feel free to take a look around and come back often!

The Department of EMS Education provides educational programs for all members of the health care team. These courses include initial training as EMS providers and EMS related continuing education courses, American Heart Association courses and National Safety Council courses.

The Department of EMS Education is one of the largest American Heart Association Community Training Centers in Connecticut, we are also a Community Training Center for the National Safety Council. In cooperation with the Emergency Department, EMS Education also provides medical control for area pre-hospital providers.
