Dr. Prasad received his MD degree from Institute of Medical Sciences, Varanasi, India. He completed his neurology residency at New York University Medical Center, New York. He then pursued Epilepsy fellowships of 1 year at New York University Medical Center and 2 years at University of Virginia Medical Center. He worked as Assistant professor at University of Alabama, Birmingham for 3 years before joining Hartford Hospital.
