People can reduce their risk for heart disease by monitoring controllable risk factors such as high cholesterol, diabetes, high blood pressure, smoking and obesity.
 

The Henry Low Heart Center at Hartford Hospital provides the most comprehensive services for the prevention and management of cardiovascular disease in the region.  Its programs and services are tailored to help people with known or suspected heart disease, or those recovering from a heart attack or cardiac surgery.
