Health Science Libraries - Article Request Form

Use this form to request an article from a journal not held in our collections.

Note: This service is available only to Hartford Hospital, Institute of Living, CT Children's Medical Center and MidState Medical Center staff for work-related requests.

The library will process 3 requests per day per person, and journal article requests require 7-10 business days to be filled.
Copied articles are to be picked up at the Robinson Health Science Library (ERC-3).
House Staff: Please request ONLY journal articles that are NOT available in one of the Health Science Libraries.
To check for availability, use A-to-Z or HartCat for print journals.
Please use your library-issued copy card for articles available in the Libraries.
