Pyrtek Learning Resource Center (PLRC)

 

The Pyrtek Learning and Resource Center (PLRC), located in the Robinson Health Sciences Library, was established in 1992 and named in memory of Dr. Ludwig J. Pyrtek, an exemplary surgeon-educator and patient advocate at Hartford Hospital.

 

The PLRC provides a place for medical students, housestaff and the hospital community to come and work on projects in an environment that offers current technology and support.

 

The PLRC promotes educational initiatives and encourages patrons to utilize its resources and staff.
