Deepening Your Mindfulness Practice,  Post MBSR
This program is specifically for people who have either completed the basic 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course or who have received minfulness neditation instruction in a different context and have been attempting to establish a regular practice. Despite it's apparent simplicity, mindfulness meditation can be very challenging to do, particularly on one's own, In this course we will work with methods for managing common obstacles, revitalizing practice and sustaining it in daily life. Brief reading handouts from the meditation literature will be provided and discussed. Participants will be encouraged to join the morning portion of thr MBSR retreat on Saturday, 11/23, 9:30-12n
