Come to these FREE classes held at Whole Foods Market, 55 Welles Street, Glastonbury, and learn the basics, and sample the delightful results of the demonstrations

 

Wednesday 5/15/13: Healthy Salads and Salad Dressings - Learn how to prepare the healthiest salads ever! We'll use wholesome ingredients to create salads that are a little away from the norm yet super delicious. You'll incorporate lots of nutrients that might not be abundant in your diet as well as learn to make a few different salad dressings without the use of oil. Selections include: kelp noodle salad, quinoa tomato mint salad, and a vegan Caesar. We'll also make a health vegan "ranch" dressing!

Wednesday 6/5/13: Gluten Free Cooking Class - Whether you have celiac's disease, are gluten sensitive, or just want healthy easy to digest meals this class is for you. We'll make spinach meatloaf, polenta cakes, kale pesto pasta salad, and flourless chocolate hazelnut and vanilla coconut cupcakes.
