Yoga for Upper Back, Shoulders, Neck and Face

This is a gentle class designed to relieve stress and tension in the upper back, shoulders, neck and face using yoga poses and stretches; and breathing exercises. Poses may be done in standing, sitting and lying positions. This practice will allow the mind to relax and feel calm; and may promote a good night's rest.
