Owned by Hartford Hospital and Jefferson House, Cedar Mountain Commons is one of the few hospital-supported senior living communities in Connecticut.
On the Newington Campus of Hartford Hospital situated below beautiful Cedar Mountain right next door to Jefferson House.
Independent Living
Cedar Mountain Commons' Independent Living program offers residents their own studio, one or two bedroom apartment complete with full kitchen, living and dining areas and private bath. The monthly fee covers: rental of the apartment; all utilities except for telephone and cable television; access to all community amenities; weekly housekeeping; maintenance; two meals daily; 24 hour staffing; scheduled transportation and cultural, educational and wellness programs.
Assisted Living
Cedar Mountain Commons' assisted living program offers residents their own studio, one or two bedroom apartment and provides residents assistance they need to stay independent. The monthly fee covers: rental of the apartment; all utilities (except for telephone and cable television); access to all community amenities; weekly housekeeping; maintenance; three meals served daily; 24 hour staffing; scheduled transportation and cultural, educational and wellness programs. In addition the monthly fee includes the "We Encourage" service package at no additional cost.
