On this Web site we have tried to provide information that will expedite many of the common requests/queries that the medical staff may have.
What do we do?
The Medical Staff Office manages the Medical Staff Application for Privileges process, as well as the credentialing of all physicians, dentists, podiatrists and many adjunct staff practitioners. Our team is dedicated to assist Hartford Hospital in its goal to deliver high quality of care by credentialing all medical staff professionals in compliance with the State of Connecticut Department of Public Health, The Joint Commission and other regulatory agencies.
What we do NOT do:
The Medical Staff Office supports the medical staff. We do not handle patient inquiries or referrals. This function is handled through our Doctor Referral Service
Our team includes:

Location and Office Hours:
We are located on the first floor of the Jefferson Street Medical Building, Room 114.
Our office hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
