Simulation Center at Hartford Hospital
The Simulation Center at Hartford Hospital is the centerpiece of Hartford Hospital’s quest to revamp the educational system and step into the future of how medical education will be delivered during the 21st century.
Passively listening to a lecture or reading textbooks and articles are not being supplanted. Rather, they are being supplemented by a high-fidelity computer driven human-like manikin named Sim-Man. This technology is playing center stage in this exciting new teaching environment.
