10th Annual Interdisciplinary Transplant Symposium

Solid organ transplantation has become the standard of care for individuals with end stage kidney, liver or heart disease. The Symposium provides an opportunity for experts in the fields of kidney, liver and heart transplantation to present cutting-edge information to individuals working with transplant candidates, recipients and living donors. It also provides an opportunity for individuals interested in transplantation to learn more about this dynamic field. Participants who attend this symposium will be able to apply updated therapies to the care of individuals with end stage organ disease.


Continuing Medical Education
Hartford Hospital is accredited by the Connecticut State Medical Society to sponsor continuing medical education for physicians. Hartford Hospital designates this live activity for a maximum of 7 AMA PRA Category 1 credit (s). Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

This program is approved for 7 Continuing Education Credit Hours by the National Association of Social Workers, CT and meets the continuing education criteria for CT Social Work Licensure renewal.

Approved for 6.5 Contact Hours with the Commission of Dietetic Registration.
