10th Annual Interdisciplinary Transplant Symposium

Solid organ transplantation has become the standard of care for individuals with end stage kidney, liver or heart disease. The Symposium provides an opportunity for experts in the fields of kidney, liver and heart transplantation to present cutting-edge information to individuals working with transplant candidates, recipients and living donors. It also provides an opportunity for individuals interested in transplantation to learn more about this dynamic field. Participants who attend this symposium will be able to apply updated therapies to the care of individuals with end stage organ disease.

Hartford Healthcare is an Approved Provider of Continuing Nursing Education by the Connecticut Nurses' Association, an Accredited Approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.

Category I Continuing Education Points for Transplant Certification (CEPTCs) have been applied for through the American Board for Transplant Certification (ABTC).

This program has been approved for 7 Continuing Education Credit Hours by the National Association of Social Workers, CT and meets the continuing education criteria for CT Social Work Licensure renewal.
