The Intensive Home visiting services are offered to new parents who are most at risk of abusing or neglecting their child. This component is staffed by home visitors, who may visit the homes weekly starting prenataly until the baby is 5 years of age. The home visitors act as teachers, supporters, and advocates for the families and help the families get the community services they need. |
