Where does the information for my baby's web page come from?
When you order baby pictures from Our365, information from your order form is used to generate a record in a secure database. This information is used to create your baby's web page. You will need to sign a consent form to allow us to create your baby's personal web page.

How is my baby's information viewed on the Hartford Hospital web site?

Your baby's picture is sent electronically (via a secured Internet connection) to the Our365 photo processing lab where your high quality prints are produced. The pictures are posted on Our365 servers, and we provide access to those pictures via the Hartford Hospital web site.  Baby pictures are not stored on Hartford Hospital servers - only on Our365 servers.

How long does it take before I can view my baby's picture on the Internet?

Usually your baby's picture is posted within 3 business days after the your baby's photo has been taken.  You do not need a password to view your baby's picture.  Using your password, you can make changes to your baby's page, order prints online, and more.  Parents who have provided Our365 with their email address will receive a notification email that their baby’s page is available to view.
 
Can I make changes to the information displayed on my baby's web page?
Yes!  Using a unique password assigned to you, you can login to your baby's web page where you can change the information, add more photos, order prints, and much more.

Where can I obtain the password to make changes to my baby's web page?
The password is the complete Customer Number (without the dashes) which is located on the proof sheet and/or order form, plus the first four letters of the mother’s last name (e.g. 22481283895286smit).  In addition, if you have provided Our365 with your email address, you will receive a notification email that your baby’s page is available to view. This email will contain the password, along with other useful information.

My password is not working.  What is the problem?
Please make sure you have entered your password correctly.  The password is the complete Customer Number (without the dashes) which is located on the proof sheet and/or order form, plus the first four letters of the mother’s last name (e.g. 22481283895286smit).  If the problem persists, click here for more help.

How long will my baby's picture be available on the Internet?
Pages are available indefinitely. You have control over how long you choose to display your baby’s web page via the parent administration tool.  In addition there is an option available to hide/unhide your baby's web page.

How much does this service cost?
