Yoga and Meditation for Every Body

Description:

Yoga and meditation have been proven to have many benefits for both the body and mind. This gentle series of yoga exercises will stretch and strengthen muscles, release tension and stress in the body, improve range of motion in the joints and help to quiet the mind. Breathing techniques as well as various meditation and guided imagery exercises to further relax the body and mind will be explored. All levels of fitness are welcome, as well as those new to yoga. Participants will need to be able to get onto the floor.
