You will learn how meditation can help relieve your anxiety, distraction and internal clutter, and give you the ability to listen to your innate wisdom. Many different forms of meditation will be discussed and experienced including silent, guided, breath focused, and prayerful. You will learn how to stay focused, ways to structure your time, and how to creat your sacred space.  This class is highly experiential
