Holistic Birthing
    Join this 3-week class for expectant parents (mother and birthing companion). Class includes techniques to help parents to relax and experience a calm and serene birthing. These techniques include breathing, meditation, gentle movement, self-hypnosis, and guided imagery. They give parents the knowledge and skills to allow them to have the extraordinary experience of birthing their child with joy, peace, and comfort.
