2 day Intermediate Printmaking
    Prerequisite: Must have taken the previous Beginner Class or have prior experience in printmaking.. This workshop will explore additional techniques utilizing safe water based inks and acrylic paints. Brief demos incorporating printing, collage, stenciling and hand-made stamp designs will leave plenty of time for individual experimentation. Materials provided; Do bring sketches or other reference for a rapid start.

    Dietary & Nutritional Supplements are the most commonly used integrative medicine therapy with 50-75% of patients using at least one supplement every day. In this lecture we will discuss the types and forms of supplements, how they are regulated by the food and drug association, how to ensure that products are safe, have good quality control and how best to engage in collaborative discussions with your team of medical providers.

Creating an Envelope Book
    Transform common envelopes into a book that can be used to organize notes, as a mini scrapbook, or as a gift of keepsakes or inspirational messages. This book uses a "no sew" binding so it is easy for all to complete. We will be using colored ink and adhesives during the creating process. Materials will be supplied. Absolutely no previous experience required.
